Certain visitors to Radix Haven’s websites choose to interact with Radix Haven in ways that require Radix Haven to gather personally-identifying information. Radix Haven discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Radix Haven’ behalf or to provide services available at Radix Haven’ Site websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. If Radix Haven, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Radix Haven goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Radix Haven may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Radix Haven uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. You understand that although you retain full rights to your data, it may be stored on third party storage and transmitted through third party networks.
Radix Haven does not disclose personal information to third parties for purposes that are materially different that what it was originally collected for. Should this change in the future, we will provide individuals with the option to opt-out.
Radix Haven also may disclose Personal Data for other purposes or to other Third Parties when a Data Subject has consented to or requested such disclosure.
